Ordering & shipping

We ship on DDP, DAP, FOB, FCA and CIF terms (Incoterms® 2020), so you can choose how much of the journey we handle:

• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): we deliver to your door with duties and import costs paid.
• DAP (Delivered at Place): we deliver to your named address; you handle import clearance and duties.
• CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight): we pay sea freight and insurance to your destination port.
• FOB (Free on Board) and FCA (Free Carrier): we clear the goods for export and hand them to your carrier; you arrange the main freight.

Shipments currently depart from the port of Izmir, on Türkiye’s Aegean coast.

Typically 37 to 45 days from order confirmation to delivery. The exact timeline depends on the product, quantity, destination and delivery terms, and we confirm it with every quote.

Yes. Through our Los Angeles office we can sell on DDP terms, delivered to your door, and we can hold stock in the US for faster replenishment.

Payment terms are agreed per order and confirmed on your pro forma invoice. For a first order we typically ask for payment by bank transfer: a deposit with the order and the balance before shipment or against copies of the shipping documents.

For repeat customers and larger orders, we can discuss other arrangements, such as a letter of credit.

Every shipment comes with the commercial documents it needs, including:

• Certificate of origin
• Health certificate
• FDA prior notice for shipments to the United States
• Nutrition facts labels in the destination market’s language

Between 6 and 12 months, depending on the product. The exact shelf life is stated on each product’s specification, and we can share it with your quote.

Yes. Certificates such as BRCGS, IFS, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, Halal and Kosher are available on request for the products you are interested in.
